Terms of service

Last updated October 5, 2026. These terms are the rules for using this dashboard and the VRChat group instance bot it belongs to. Developed and Maintained by ₳ncint₳narchist.

1. Who these terms bind

These terms are between you and the person who runs this bot, the operator and admin, ₳ncint₳narchist. “The service” means the Discord bot, this website dashboard, the request queue, moderation tools, strike records, logs, and related files stored on the computer that hosts the bot. The contact email for the operator is havejack@gmail.com.

If you use the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in and do not use the bot’s request or moderation tools. Server staff who install or configure the bot agree to these terms for that use as well.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

The service helps a Discord server open, list, and close VRChat group instances, and lets staff moderate those requests. It is a community tool. It is not a product of Discord Inc., VRChat Inc., or their affiliates. Discord and VRChat names are used only to describe those third-party services. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s terms and policies. Your use of VRChat is governed by VRChat’s terms and policies. If those conflict with these terms for something that happens only on Discord or only inside VRChat, the platform’s own terms still apply there.

The dashboard is an extra way to see and use the same bot. It does not replace Discord. Rooms still open inside VRChat. Join links hand you off to the VRChat client.

3. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are allowed to use Discord. You must meet Discord’s minimum age in your country. You may not use the service if you are banned from the Discord server, if the operator or that server’s staff has removed your access, or if the law in your region forbids it.

You must use your own Discord account. You may not share your dashboard session, sign in as someone else, or let another person use a session that was issued to you.

4. Changes to these terms

The operator may update these terms by posting a new version at this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the service after the new terms are posted, you accept the update. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and sign out. The operator does not have to give a separate notice inside Discord for a wording change, but a material change may also be announced in the server that hosts the bot when that is practical.

5. The dashboard and the bot

Depending on your Discord roles, the service can show live instances, a request queue, a request form, a mod panel, a strike history, logs, and setup. Those tools follow the settings saved for that Discord server. A host, a mod, a VIP, and a guest do not all have the same limits. Those limits are set by that server, not by these terms.

Signing in with Discord shows you only servers that both you and the bot are in. A menu item appears only if your roles or Discord permissions allow it. Hiding a button is not a promise that a role can never change. If your roles change, what you can do changes with them.

There is also a developer diagnostics page. It is not part of the product for members, mods, or server managers. It is available only to one Discord account chosen by the operator, and only while that account is signed in. It shows what this bot process is using: its own processor time, its own memory, the files it stores, and the network traffic of the process. It also shows this bot’s Discord and VRChat call results and the public status of those APIs. It does not show the rest of the computer’s processor, memory, disk, or network. It does not show passwords, tokens, or the contents of private messages. It is described again in the Privacy policy. It is not documented in the member FAQ on purpose.

6. Your Discord server’s rules still apply

Each server can set its own request rules, role gates, cooldowns, world lists, and a rules page that you must accept before a request is sent. Those rules are part of using the service on that server. Staff may refuse a request, close a room, remove a queue entry, warn you, record a strike, or lock requests when their rules or these terms are broken.

Dashboard rules text can include formatting. Scripts are stripped. Staff are responsible for the text they publish there. Do not put unlawful content, another person’s private information, or malware in rules, reasons, or evidence.

7. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

The operator and server staff may act on a breach without warning. That can include closing your instance, deleting a queue entry, recording a strike, locking requests, or asking Discord moderators of that server to act. These terms do not limit what that Discord server may do under its own rules and under Discord’s terms.

8. Requests, rooms, and moderation records

A request is not a promise that a room will open. The queue, VRChat, the group’s permissions, a pause, a full cap, or an error can stop it. Times shown on a card are the bot’s schedule, not a guarantee from VRChat.

If you request a room, you are responsible for joining it and for closing it when you are done, using the button on your own room or the matching control in Discord. Staff may close it earlier.

Warnings and strikes are records of moderation. They can be wrong, and staff can expire or delete them. A lock after repeated strikes is a feature of the bot’s settings. It is not a criminal finding and it is not a Discord platform ban. Deleting a record on the dashboard does not delete anything Discord itself stored, such as a DM that was already sent.

Warning text may be delivered by Discord DM. Discord’s delivery is outside this service. A failed DM does not erase the record.

9. Content you submit

“Content” means anything you or your server submit through the service: request details, reasons, rules text, world ids, configuration, evidence files, and moderation notes.

You keep whatever rights you already have in that content. You grant the operator a limited permission to store, display, and process it only so the service can run for that Discord server: to show it to the people the dashboard already allows, to post an audit line the server configured, and to send a warning the moderator chose to send. This permission ends when the content is deleted from the bot’s storage, except for copies that already went to Discord or that must be kept if the law requires it.

You promise that you have the rights needed to submit that content, and that it does not break the law or these terms. Evidence is stored for staff review on the dashboard. Do not submit files you are not allowed to share with that server’s moderators.

10. The operator’s rights in the bot

The bot, the dashboard design, and the code are operated and maintained by ₳ncint₳narchist. These terms do not sell you the software, the host computer, or a right to copy the service and run it as your own public product. Server staff receive a right to use the running bot for their Discord server. That right can be stopped if they shut the bot off, if the host stops running it, or if these terms end.

Feedback you send may be used to fix or change the bot without owing you a payment.

11. Third-party services

The service depends on Discord for login, roles, channels, and direct messages, and on VRChat for instances and world data. Those companies can change or revoke access. The operator is not responsible for an outage, a ban, a missing intent, a rate limit, or a policy change on their side. A VRChat account used by the bot is configured by the server’s managers (Manage Server), in Discord /setup or on the dashboard Setup page. This website does not ask members for a VRChat password.

12. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided as available. It can be slow, wrong, or offline. Rooms, queue entries, logs, and history can be lost if the host data is deleted, the disk fails, or the process stops. The operator may add, remove, or change features, including the dashboard layout, without keeping an old behavior forever.

There is no uptime promise, no support contract, and no paid service level unless you and the operator have a separate written agreement that says otherwise.

13. Stopping use

You may stop at any time by signing out and not using the bot. Leaving the Discord server stops your membership in that server’s member cache as the bot learns of the leave. It does not automatically erase a strike history the server chose to keep. Ask that server’s staff if you want a record removed. Staff decide under their rules and under the Privacy policy.

The operator may suspend the service, or stop a person’s access, if the service is abused, if the law requires it, or if running it is no longer practical. Server managers can also remove the bot from their Discord server, which ends the service for that server.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be accurate, secure, or uninterrupted. Moderation records are staff notes. They are not legal advice and they are not a statement by Discord or VRChat.

Some places do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot legally be excluded, including rights you may have as a consumer in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or the cost of a substitute service, whether or not the operator was told those damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator’s total liability for a claim about the service will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), or the amount you paid the operator for the service in the three months before the claim if that amount is more. If you paid nothing, the cap is one hundred Canadian dollars. This limit does not apply where the law forbids a cap, including liability for harm caused by intentional or gross fault where Quebec law does not allow that fault to be limited.

16. Indemnity

If you are using the service as staff, or if you submit content, you will cover the operator for claims, losses, and reasonable costs that come from your content, your misuse, or your break of these terms, except to the extent the operator caused them by their own fault. This does not apply where the law does not allow an indemnity, and it does not shift responsibility for the operator’s own intentional or gross fault.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute somewhere else. Courts in the district of Montreal, Quebec, may hear a dispute, except where a consumer-protection rule gives you the right to sue or be sued in another court. You and the operator will first try to resolve a dispute by email to havejack@gmail.com, and will give the other side a reasonable chance to respond before starting a case, unless a delay would cause serious harm.

These terms do not require a forced private arbitration and do not take away a right to bring a claim in court where the law gives you that right.

18. Other terms

If one part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest still applies. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy policy and the rules a server shows you inside the request flow, are the whole agreement about the service. They replace earlier oral statements about how the dashboard may be used. They do not replace Discord’s terms or VRChat’s terms for those companies’ own products. A staff member’s instruction inside a server can be stricter than these terms, but it cannot grant you a right the operator did not give.

You may not assign these terms. The operator may assign them if the bot is handed to another maintainer, and will update the credit line if that happens.

19. Contact

The bot operator and admin is ₳ncint₳narchist. Questions about these terms go to havejack@gmail.com. You can also use the Discord server that runs this bot. Do not send passwords or access tokens in that message.
